Raz, if you have a Mikuni carburetor, that's not stock - but your pilot should look something like this: I keep an extra in stock just in case I need it. The pilot jet is so small that it's probably not worth trying to clean out - better to replace it if it won't blow out with compressed air. The reason you can get the bike to idle (rough) is because you have lifted the slide into the 1/8 throttle area with the idle screw, and it's starting to get fuel from the needle jet at that point. So if it runs okay at 1/8 - 1/4 throttle and up, we need to look at the pilot circuit. Different jets control fuel at different throttle openings: If the bike won't idle, but runs fine otherwise, Ja圜 almost certainly nailed it - you have a clogged pilot jet. Tried adjusting the idle screw and it made no difference. Ours will idle with the choke on but not when it's off.
